FAQ’s

Turn Around Time
- Our turn around time (TAT) is up to 5 business days. TAT begins on the following business day that you place your order. TAT does not begin until we receive all files needed to fulfil your order. If we encounter a file that is not seamless, it may delay your order and TAT. Shipping time is not included in our TAT.
All packages come with $100 insurance, if you would like to purchase additional insurance, please use route insurance now offered through our website at checkout. If damage occurs a claim can be filed, and we will re-print up to the $100 insurance.
- Please note, we allot ourselves 3 “sick” days a year. We make every attempt to not use these, however if needed, we will announce them on Facebook if they are needed. These days will not be counted as a business day.

Combining orders
- We make every effort to combine orders when possible and will refund if able. You may combine ONE additional order within 48 hours of the last order.  If the order is outside the 48 hours and/or you have already combined one order, you will need to pay for shipping on that next order. If we miss an order to combine, email is not the same, etc., the buyer is responsible for paying $10 flat rate shipping on the second order. TAT starts the following business day after the LAST order you have combined. Ex: You order Monday and on Tuesday you order another 3 yards to combine with the prior order, your TAT begins on Wednesday.

Continuous fabric
- We do not cut down to 1-yard increments, and these requests will not be honored.
- When ordering 3 or more yards, we cannot guarantee it will be continuous. We do make every effort for it to be continuous, and we print an extra per yard in precaution to give you extra. For larger cuts of fabric, there may be small flaws due to the print process, if we deem necessary, we will include an extra yard.

Flaws
- Solid flaws – salvages are 3” from the edge for solids. Anything that is smaller than a dime size will not be considered flawed for a solid/color match.
- We typically print larger than 40”, if a flaw occurs out side of the yard (36”), this will not be considered flawed as you have received a full yard of fabric unflawed.

Salvage
- Salvages are 3” from the edge for any rib base or any solid color match (regardless of base). All other bases have a salvage of 2.5” from the edge. We typically print on the entire area of the fabric and make all attempts to have the entire fabric unflawed. However, if a flaw is within the salvage area noted, the fabric itself will not be considered flawed.

Shipping
- We offer a flat-rate $10 shipping for all orders. Please note, with the increase in shipping costs, we will select the most economical shipping option. If you want shipped via UPS or priority, you must select the $15 shipping. If the shipping costs more than that amount, I will send an invoice to cover any remaining balance for shipping costs.
- Once the package is dropped off at the post office, we are not responsible for any delays, damage, etc. Please ensure the address is correct when checking out.
- Due to our rural area, we drop off packages the following morning. We do make every attempt to do a drop off at USPS at end of day, however sometimes they randomly close early, which we will drop off following day.  If you want shipped via FedEx or UPS, these packages will always be dropped off the following day due to the distance.

Scaling
-When selecting your print, you can choose normal measurements. We also offer to scale for you in-house if you’re unsure. When you ask us to scale, you accept that we will do our best to scale appropriately. When a pattern is complex, we will do our best to scale that would be similar to a different pattern in appearance. If you are unhappy with our in-house scaling, refunds/reprints will not be accepted. If you have specific scaling in mind, please leave detailed notes for your expectations. Checkers will be printed at ½ the size of the scaling (ex: if you order L checkers, we will print them at 1 ½”). Please see chart below for our in-house scaling options. If you are unsure, you can always leave a note with what you will be making, and we will do our best to scale appropriately.
XS ½”
S 1”
S/med 1 ½”
Medium 2”
Large 3”
XL 4”

Bulk Discounts
We offer in-house bulk discounts. Bulk discounts do not apply to pre-orders.
Bulk10 for 10% off $300 or more
Bulk20 for 20% off $500 or more

RGB files
- Our printers print with CYMK. When you submit a file that is RGB, we will do our best to print as close as possible to that file. Some tones do not translate well to CYMK and will be different than your file. We are not responsible for prints not being an exact match. If need an exact color to match, your file needs to be submitted using a CYMK file. Most designers use RGB files with the more vibrant options. There will not be any refunds/reprints for colors that print different from the file when you are using an RGB file. Additionally, we will never promise to print the same as any other printer and cannot guarantee it will match if you had a file printed elsewhere.
- Neon’s: our printers do not have neon ink option. We will print as closely as possible to be bright and vibrant but cannot guarantee neon end products.

Other notes:
-We are not responsible for printing files that are not seamless. We attempt to check all files, but we do miss. Reprints will not be granted for a file that’s not seamless. Please check all files before submitting to print. If we do find a file that’s not seamless and reach out, it may delay your order.
-We do not accept returns or refunds.
-If a package is re-directed back to us due to an incorrect address, buyer is responsible to pay for shipping to re-ship
-Flawed or incorrect fabric MUST be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. Please check your fabric upon receipt.
-You must own the rights to print files you upload.
